Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location. A flat shipping fee of CHF 8.20 applies to all orders. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
Returns: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us at contact@patchkick.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Custom orders (customized name & number): Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.
