Are these made by the clubs?

No. All namesets, patches, and badges sold on PatchKick are fan-made reproductions ("Repro"). They are not licensed, endorsed, or manufactured by any football club, league, or federation. They're made for personal use only, by fans who want to customize their own kit.

How do I apply a nameset or patch?

Our products use heat-press flocking, applied with a household iron or a heat press:

Preheat your iron to the cotton/high setting (no steam).
Place the patch on the shirt, flocking side up, in the exact position you want.
Cover with a thin cloth or parchment paper to protect the design.
Press firmly for 15–20 seconds, applying even pressure — avoid sliding the iron.
Let it cool completely before wearing or folding the garment.

For best results and durability, a heat press machine is recommended over a household iron, especially for full namesets.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our supplier's facility within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location. A flat shipping fee of CHF 8.20 applies worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary slightly by destination and customs processing, which is outside our control.

What sizes are available?

Namesets and patches are made to match standard club/league sizing conventions for the relevant season. If you have a question about a specific size before ordering, contact us at contact@patchkick.com.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll offer a replacement or refund. Custom name/number combinations can't be returned unless defective, since they're made specifically for you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
